To return a product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested from CompUSB within 30-days of the date the product was shipped to you. After 30-days, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider. CompUSB’s RMA application page can be obtained here:
All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging and all documentation and accessories. CompUSB will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.(any missing items from a return will have a minimum of 25% re-stocking fee applied)
- All RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not offer cross ship services.
- ALL RETURNS ARE TESTED UPON ARRIVAL!
All returned merchandise must be in original packaging with all manufacturers included accessories and unmarked manuals. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items. All warranty cards (if provided by the manufacturer) must be left blank. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way. Merchandise initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, will incur a minimum 25% restocking charge as well as a freight charge for replacement shipment. Merchandise initially shipped ‘double-boxed’ must be returned to us in like fashion. Returning a “double boxed” product by affixing a shipping label to the product’s box will be considered defacement of the product’s packaging and the restocking fee adjusting accordingly.
